The film story starts with the death of Salma’s mother so she decided to leave the home of her mother’s husband (Rabea) who has not had any kind of relation with her however he prevent her from leaving the home, he asked her to stay till the 40th day of her mother’s death day, she accepted. Later she received letters from unknown which reminded her with all of her past. She started to search for this unknown sender of these messages, fshe thought that her old friends from the days of the school when she was in her old district in (Shobra) where she lived with her father and mother. She has not contacted with her friends since the marriage of her mother and her moving to the new elegant district (Maadi) with her mother. She met her friend Doha who was engaged to a young man who was working for a computer services shop and Doha was working with him as well. Then she met with her old friend Yousreyya who was married, a mother and working for a girls school. But her friends Doha and Yousreyya were not the unknown sender of the mysterious letters.
